Cancellation by Aphex Pharma Solutions
- In the unlikely event of cancellation by Aphex Pharma Solutions, paid registration fees will be refunded for undelivered services.
- Aphex Pharma Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss caused by event cancellation. Relevant parties will be notified as early as reasonably possible.
Consultancy Terms
- Consultancy terms are specified within each consultancy contract.
Refunds and Payments
- Unless otherwise stated, all charges are in Australian Dollars (AUD), excluding GST.
- Aphex Pharma Solutions covers online payment surcharges, which are included in the service cost.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or nominated account within 30 days.
Event Photography
- Seminar photos may be posted on social media platforms such as LinkedIn. Attendees or sponsors who prefer not to have their photos published should inform Aphex Pharma Solutions during the seminar.
