100% of the registration fee will be refunded if participants cancel 60 days or more before the event.
50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations between 30 and 59 days before the event.
No refund will be provided for cancellations within 30 days of the event.
Cancellation by Sponsors:
The same terms apply to sponsors registering for conferences and events.
Cancellation by Aphex Pharma Solutions:
In the unlikely event of cancellation by Aphex Pharma Solutions, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded to attendees and sponsors.
Aphex Pharma Solutions will not be liable for any damage or consequences caused by event cancellation. Relevant parties will be notified of the cancellation at least 10 days before the event date.
Consultancy Terms:
Consultancy terms are specified within each consultancy contract.
Refunds and Payments:
Unless otherwise stated, all charges are in Australian Dollars (AUD), excluding GST.
Aphex Pharma Solutions covers online payment surcharges, which are included in the service cost.
All refunds will be processed to the nominated account within 30 days of cancellation.
Event Photography:
Seminar photos may be posted on social media platforms such as LinkedIn. Attendees or sponsors who prefer not to have their photos published must inform Aphex Pharma Solutions during the seminar.
